Netflix has officially released the full trailer for the upcoming mystery sequel ‘Enola Holmes 3,’ setting the stage for a high-stakes adventure in the Mediterranean.
The newly revealed footage features Millie Bobby Brown reprising her titular role alongside Louis Partridge, who returns as Lord Tewkesbury. Directed by Philip Barantini, the third installment of the popular franchise also reunites Brown with Henry Cavill, Helena Bonham Carter, Himesh Patel, Sharon Duncan-Brewster and Susan Wokoma. The third installment marks a change behind the camera, with Barantini taking over directing duties from Harry Bradbeer while continuing the series based on Nancy Springer’s novels.
The trailer shows Enola preparing for marriage to Lord Tewkesbury, played by Partridge, but her plans are interrupted when a dangerous new case emerges. As events unfold, Sherlock Holmes disappears, sending Enola on an international mission to Malta. The footage features carriage chases, explosions and a series of confrontations as she attempts to unravel what Netflix describes as her most complicated and perilous investigation yet. Production took place in England and Malta, with the Mediterranean setting serving as the backdrop for a story that blends romance, family ties and another case involving the Holmes siblings.
